Jonathan is a data leader with nearly 20 years of policing experience across intelligence, analysis and performance. He currently leads teams in performance analysis, reporting, data science, data visualisation, business analysis and GIS services. He is also involved in supporting various partner organisations and national programmes. Above all, Jonathan is passionate about the role that data plays in driving better outcomes for the public.
Kate Hemstock
Principal Data and Insight Consultant, Agilisys
Kate is a Principal Consultant, and a police specialist in our Data & Insight practice, helping clients to make best use of their data to drive value and improve outcomes for communities. Kate has previously led Strategic Analytical departments in a multi-agency partnership setting, is passionate about data and is adept at drawing insights and data storytelling to aid strategic and tactical decision making.
Kate is a qualified change management practitioner and has a particular interest in helping police forces to bridge the gap between people and data, enhancing and accelerating the data journey.
