Paul Malcolm is head of healthcare at Agilisys, and has nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare technology and transformation sector, specialising in digital transformation and the 'Cloud First' agenda. Paul has worked with numerous healthcare organisations to help them migrate, operate and support their services in the Cloud, while developing strategies to drive workforce productivity, including implementation and optimisation of Office365 across the NHS. Paul also has an increasing focus on AI and Robotic Process Automation and how it can help create more time for both front line and back office staff to deliver meaningful work, rather than repetitive admin tasks.
Kevin Evans
Kevin has 20 years’ experience of designing and delivering transformation at service, organisation and system level, mostly with NHS organisations and their partners. He is passionate about increasing the value of care through better integration, organisation and enabling teams to deliver their best. His previous projects include transformations of cancer pathways, mental health services, older people’s care and corporate processes.
