Watch now: 24/7 digital mental health support – a solution from Mental Health Innovations & Kent County Council
On behalf of SHOUT and Kent County Council we are proud to present this on-demand webinar.
Shout 85258 is the UK’s only 24/7 mental health messaging service. Volunteer led with expert level clinical oversight, the service is designed to help anyone struggling to cope. At present Shout manages around 1,000 conversations a day, around the clock, supporting texters by talking through whatever is on their mind and empowering them to take positive next steps in their own lives.
Whilst the service provides vital support to those in need, anonymised data generated from conversations provides unparalleled insight into mental health that can help inform decisions and best practice.
The Shout service can be provided to local authorities on a white label basis, and over the last 12 months Shout has been proud to work in partnership with Kent County Council to provide a bespoke service to those living in Kent and Medway.
This on-demand webinar is an opportunity to learn more about the Shout service, and to hear from Shout and Kent County Council about their experience of working together and to explore whether the Shout service may be of benefit to your population.
The webinar includes:
- Introduction to SHOUT: Victoria Hornby, CEO of Mental Health Innovations
- Kent Case Study: Tim Woodhouse, Public Health at Kent County Council
- Discussion: Chaired by Victoria, with Tim Woodhouse and Mark Ungless, Director of Data Insights at MHI
- Audience Q&A
