One of the first projects tackled under the innovative incremental partnership between Hammersmith & Fulham and Agilisys was the Council’s Housing Benefits Service. Agilisys worked closely with the Council to transform service delivery, through a programme that allowed for 'incubation' and knowledge transfer.
Cumbria County Council and Agilisys were selected to create the Department of Trade and Industry's(DTI) 'Consumer Direct' advice centre for the North West of the U.K, creating centres of excellence to provide clear and practical consumer advice.
