Development
We appreciate that individuals possess skills and interests beyond those that conform to an explicit job specification. Therefore we encourage our personnel to pursue these interests through further study – in particular via our own Agilisys University -- or by transferring internally to gain experience in different roles.
Performance Management
Our clients are as diverse as our personnel, and therefore there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to our staff profiles or their interaction with our clients. Our Performance Management Framework takes into account this individuality, while at the same time helping our staff create a development plan to meet both their needs and those of our clients.
Balancing family life
We recognise that raising children, caring for sick relatives, and responding to family emergencies can sometimes take precedence. We also know our lives aren't static and major life events don't always occur outside of the working day. This is why Agilisys supports flexible working options such as part-time, job-sharing or home-working.
Respecting diversity
Agilisys is keen to accommodate the different cultural and religious beliefs of individual employees, especially around issues of religious leave, prayer, fasting and pilgrimage.
Physical surroundings
The physical environment encourages our core strengths of innovation and flexibility. Open plan offices reflect the lack of organisational hierarchy: there are no offices allocated to individuals; instead everyone shares the same space with equal access to meeting rooms.
